If you need an early US visa appointment please give us a call immediately. Please ask for the visa department in our firm:


  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to fill out your application forms (DS-156 and DS-157).
  • You will receive a phone call from one of our associates once we have secured an appointment for you. On average this takes 1-5 business days.
  • We will prepare you for your interview at the consulate and review you paperwork before you go for your appointment.
  • If your US visa application is approved you will receive your passport back within 2-3 days. Certain applications may go for extensive background checks and there may be a significant delay in the approval or refusal of such applications. On average, multiple entry US visitor visas are valid for 5-10 years.

 

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the issuing of your visa, which is up to the officer at the US consulate. Our job is to obtain your appointment and guide you through the process. Once the appointment is obtained, full service fees will apply. If you decide to cancel before we obtained an appointment for you a minimum of $42.50 will be charged on regular appointment only. Full fee for this service is $225+ tax.

Total service fees are CAN$225.00 + tax for an appointment booking and interview preparation. Dependents costs additional CAN$25.00 each.

Government fees are extra at US$140 per person for B, F , and J visas and $150 for H, L, O, P, Q, and R visas. These fees are payable in advance at any branch of Scotiabank.
