You can send your application by fax, e-mail, or courier.

What do you have to include?
- Completed application form.
- Copies of your proof of citizenship: Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate.
- Copies of your proof of permanent Residence: Permanent Resident Card, Record of Landing.
- Copy of your driver’s license.
- Copy of your car’s registration.
DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGNINAL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
What are the steps?
- Download and complete the application form
- Send your form and documents to us
- We will call you to verify your information and forward your application to the proper authorities
- We will notify you of a change in your application status. If your application is conditionally approved, we will set an appointment for an interview with the US Customs and Border Patrol Agency.
- If you are approved for the NEXUS program, we will receive your card. We will forward your card to the address you provided us.
