This test is very important; you must be well prepared to write it!

The Canadian citizenship test is intended to measure two things: how well you can understand one of Canada’s official languages (English or French) and your knowledge about the country. The exam will cover many issues such as Canadian history, politics, economy, and the rights of citizens. The exam has only 20 questions and will have a time limit of 30 minutes. To pass the exam you must get 12 correct out of the 20. However, the test is divided into sections. There is one section that you must answer correctly in order to pass the test.
